Description
Blue Jay (Cyanocitta cristata) held against a natural wood setting. It was always a joy to see a blue jay nestled up on a tree branch. For me, seeing a Blue Jay reminded me of God’s grace. When times were hard, and worry and stress of the moment seemed overwhelming, there the little Blue Jay would be, resting on a tree branch, not a care in the world.
This handmade stained glass piece reflects the beautiful bird that brought much joy in its presence. Each mosaic includes a scriptural passage, God’s words of inspiration. This passage reminds us that God is here with us through it all. My hope is to share the passion of God with others through artwork.

I’ve loved having this beautiful, handcrafted artwork in my home. Knowing that it was not mass produced but loving crafted by the artist, makes it more special to me. The scripture passage in Matthew 16 reminds me to trust in God and His timing.
